The best Spritzs in Dubai
The Aperol Spritz is definitely one of the most famous, refreshing (and delicious) cocktails in the world.
As per Wikipedia the drink was originated in Venice while it was part of the Austrian Empire and is based on the Austrian Spritzer, a combination of equal parts white wine and soda water.
The drink is prepared with prosecco (or champagne) wine and a dash of some bitter liqueur. The glass is then topped off with sparkling mineral water. It is usually served over ice in a lowball glass and garnished with a slice of orange.
Drinking Aperol Spritz cocktails transport all of us to the Italian coast. Unfortunately we cannot be there right now, but here in Dubai we can also find very good options, see below our favourite places and enjoy!
The Artisan by Enoteca Pinchiorri
Highly recommended every Wednesday during their aperitivo, from 5:30-7:30pm for AED 35 only. The have many options (I like the Amalfi Spritz, with berries) and they even have a Negroni Fountain!

Ravioli & Co.
One of the few places where you will really feel in Italy, and you can have it during the ladies night! every Tuesday evening, together with the 25% off food discount for ladies.
They also have signature cocktails like Eugenio, a real gentlemen Milanese style.

Crazy Fish
I visited this venue recently and I really enjoyed my time there. I started my visit with a delicious Aperol Spritz cocktail, together with a cheese tapa and Italian home baked bread and olive oil. A detaiI I loved is that they use paper straws instead of plastic.

Simply Italian
The best part of this place is the terrace, as it is located by the beach in Palm Jumeirah, right next to the sea water. The interior is very cool and modern with an Italian touch. They also have aperitivo, brunch and ladies night.

Gaucho
At this Argentinian Steakhouse you will feel surrounded by contemporary glamour and opulence. The best is that you can enjoy the spritz here during their ladies night, that takes place every Saturday from 8-11pm.
They also have a signature version called Salta Fizz with Torrontés wine, Aperol, lemon juice, fresh berries and Perrier sparkling water.
