Crazy Fish Dubai is a fine dining Italian restaurant that opened recently in DIFC with a passion to serve the freshest fish & seafood dishes with the best quality.
The first Crazy Fish restaurant opened in Monte Carlo in May 2017, by worldwide famous owner and founder Flavio Briatore.
The decoration is very elegant with modern furniture, white table cloths and napkins, and colourfull pieces of art in the walls.
The first thing you see when you enter the venue is the fresh fish and sea food that you can choose for dinner, and the tank with the lobsters.
The restaurant offers an exquisite fine dining experience, featuring the freshest seafood in Dubai, because their product is caught daily, not farmed, and their entire seafood cuisine is characterised by the quality of our catch as I was able to try in my recent visit.
The restaurant is separated in two areas, the bar and lounge and the dinning room.
There is also a terrace with amazing Downtown views, that will be great for winter times.
I started my visit with a delicious Aperol Spritz cocktail, together with a cheese tapa and Italian home baked bread and olive oil. A detaiI I loved is that they use paper straws instead of plastic.
As a starter I had a delicious smoked Mediterranean Red Tuna, the “Toro” used in the finest Japanese cuisine, a la tartare, on crushed potatoes salted with extra virgin olive oil, basil and pomegranate seeds, Fish Rolls, Langoustines and King Prawns.
After the delicious raw fish I had for starter, I tryed a very interesting hot salad, with cooked tuna, rocket leaves, cherry tomato and black olives.
The decoration of all dishes was very elegant and simple, leaving all the attention to the colours and flavours of the food.
For main couse I had their famous Fritto Misto or Mixed Fried Seafood including prawns and calamari accompained with tartare sauce.
This is a well know Mediterranean dish that brings out the natural flavours of the fresh catches and highlighting the natural taste of the seafood.
To finish I had the aubergine roulade, stuffed with parmesan & red prawns fresh from Mazara del Vallo, Italy.
The sweetness of the prawn with the acidity of the aubergine and salty part of the parmesan, creates a unique melt in the mouth experience, and the presentation as you can see in the photos I took during the night was really catching the eye.
For dessert I had an authentic Italian delicacy: the fruttini. It was a selection of ice cream made of fresh fruit, emptied and filled with the ice-cream obtained from the pure flesh, and it was delicious. My favourite were the chesnut and the peanut.
I definitely recommed to visit Crazy Fish for an unique experience, as the service and menu will impress your guests.
They also have a perfect offer for an evening out with your girlfriends: ladies dine. Every Wednesday all ladies can enjoy a welcome drink, tasting menu and bottle of grape for every 2 for only AED 220.
The perfect plan for a lovely and luxurious night out with good food, drinks, music from the DJ and friends.
