Brunch at BFF
BFF is the new South African gastro bar that just opened at Movenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel. Meaning Brew, Food and Friends, the venue is perfect for everyone, as it offers Live Entertainment every day, a dance floor, Large Screens ideal for watching live football and other sports, a Pool Table Lounge and a great dinning menu.
They also pride themselves to have the largest variety of hops in Dubai!
Normally I am not a big fan of sports bar but his one is very cool. Huge space with very nice and colorful decoration, and really attentive staff.
I tried the Friday brunch and was a really good experience. You can take your starters from the buffet, and they will bring your main to the table.
The buffet has salads, breads, seafood, cheeses (this is so important for me to like a place or not), meatballs, etc. and a Chef serving Wellington beef, potatoes dauphinois and fish.
And the cutest thing ever was a kids section with a low table offering pasta, mashed potatoes and sausages.
They even had a playing room for kids with plenty of games and face painter to entertain the children.
For main we ordered grilled prawns and beef stroganoff, that came in seconds.
By the end of the brunch the live band started playing, as they have after party. Shame they didn't start earlier because they were very good.
They also have ladies night every Tuesday and many interesting offers and deals.
The dress code is casual. I wore a long dress with sandals and men are allowed to wear shorts.
